Industrial Sewing Vs Vinyl Welding
The option of industrial sewing has been present for many banners, mesh and large format printed textiles. Hemming, Velcro/hook & loop fastening tape, are some of the finishing method fabrication handled at Print My Sign. We use single and twin needle machines that can sew a wide range of Banner Vinyl, Mesh and Textiles.
However, not all materials will be suitable for sewing as a fabrication method for installing purposes. In such cases, Vinyl Welding is suggested. Vinyl welding is perfectly suitable for large vinyl banners, that may not be finished with sewing operations. We use Hot Wedge, Hot Air, & High-Frequency Welding for Banner Vinyl & Mesh.
